Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Adl AI, Inc. (“Prepiko,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to Prepiko’s websites, applications, IELTS preparation content, practice tests, scoring, feedback, speaking features, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

The Prepiko service

Prepiko provides educational preparation tools, including Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking practice, estimated band scores, study plans, progress information, and automated feedback. Features may change as we improve the Service.

Prepiko is independent and is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by IELTS, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the British Council, or IDP Education. Practice scores, feedback, reports, and certificate previews are estimates for study purposes only. They are not official IELTS results, certificates, admissions decisions, or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any examination result.

Accounts and security

• Provide accurate, current information and maintain only accounts you are authorized to use.
• Keep your password and verification codes confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• We may require email verification, security checks, or reauthentication to protect you and the Service.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Paid plans are displayed before checkout with the billing period, total price, currency, and approximate per-day equivalent. Stripe and CloudPayments subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval and then-current price until canceled. ApiPay/Kaspi plans are one-time purchases for the displayed access period and do not renew automatically. Taxes may be added where required.

Stripe processes international card subscriptions. CloudPayments processes Russian card and SBP subscriptions and sends required fiscal receipt data through CloudKassir (governed by our Russian Terms / Публичная оферта and Russian Privacy Policy). Prepiko does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe billing is managed through the portal in your Prepiko profile; CloudPayments subscriptions can be managed at my.cloudpayments.ru. ApiPay/Kaspi payments are approved in the Kaspi app; after the access period ends, a new purchase is required to continue access.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a paid period begins. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@prepiko.ai promptly. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Your content and speaking submissions

You retain ownership of essays, answers, voice responses, transcripts, and other material you submit (“User Content”). You grant Prepiko a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and analyze User Content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

Speaking features may require microphone access and may process voice audio in real time to create transcripts and feedback. You are responsible for obtaining permission before submitting another person’s voice or personal information. Do not submit confidential, illegal, infringing, or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for IELTS practice.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, sell, scrape, redistribute, publicly display, or create competing datasets from Prepiko content except where law expressly permits.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass access controls, share paid access, automate account creation, or interfere with the Service or other users.
• Do not upload malicious code, impersonate others, infringe rights, harass people, or use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to extract model prompts, credentials, private system information, or non-public user data.

Prepiko intellectual property

The Service—including its software, interface, designs, trademarks, original questions, explanations, scoring presentation, study plans, and other materials—is owned by Prepiko or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own lawful educational preparation. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and processors, including authentication, cloud hosting, storage, payment, and automated language or speech services. Their availability may affect Prepiko, and their own terms or privacy notices may apply when you interact directly with them. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control, but we remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Prepiko reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, business, or technical reasons. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes that adversely affect a paid subscription.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Prepiko at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, failed to pay, or misused the Service. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—remain effective after termination.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Prepiko disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Automated feedback may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed critically. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prepiko and its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, opportunity, goodwill, or profits arising from the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Prepiko during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Adl AI, Inc. at its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow 30 days to seek an informal resolution. This section does not restrict rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will post the revised version and update its effective date; material changes may also be communicated in the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
